1. Swimmer must be 6 years old and above. 5-6 years old children are allowed to swim only with a parent’s escort into the pool.
2. For the swimmers weight over 100 kilograms, a special program will be provided. Customers can dip in the pool and spend time and few activities with a dolphin such as to pat them and take a photo with them, kiss and goodbye.
3. People with acute and chronic skin diseases, mental diseases, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis and other infectious diseases, under the influence of a drug or alcohol, people with special needs and infantile cerebral palsy will not be allowed to swim with dolphins.
4. Pregnant women will not be allowed to swim with dolphins.
How to purchase the swimming ticket?
1. Choose the date and time.
2. Choose the amount of people.
3. Enter your email.
4. Payment: by a debit or credit card of any bank. All card details will be encrypted and not kept or transferred to third parties.
5. The email will be sent to you. In the attached files, you will find a ticket with QR-code that will need to be shown to the Pattaya Dolphinarium staff. If you cannot find this mail, please check your Spam folder.
